Updated: Sep 8, 2020

One Twenty-something's (Mostly Failed) Attempts at Adulthood

Rating: 5/5

I recently finished Don't Worry it Gets Worse: One Twentysomething's (Mostly Failed) Attempts at Adulthood. I got this book for my 21st birthday and I very much enjoyed reading it.

I'm again reminded that there is no right path for us to take.

I'm again reminded that there is no right path for us to take. Although I didn't agree with everything Alida Nugent had to share, I still found reading about her experiences helpful. Especially to know it's okay not to be perfect. This book definitely made me laugh, it was very much relatable. Not always specifically to me, but maybe to someone I knew.

Overall, this easily gained a spot on my favorites shelf. I definitely recommend this to anyone still figuring out this whole adulting thing. I know I am!
